You can spend a relaxing time and enjoy the confort and intimacy of your vacance home and its sunbathed terrace without having to worry about daily tasks or about the organization of your stay and activities.
We offer many services, like the ones you find at hotels, during your stay at our vacance homes. For example, we can deliver some groceries, cook and deliver meals or even prepare a picnic for you. In the meantime you just rest by the pool or in the private terrace of your house.
And of course, our facilities are at your disposal, and we can also plan activities or trips in the surroundings.
During your stay at Relais du Vieux-Sauvaire, in one of our vacance homes, the following hotel services will be provided:
- daily breakfast on your terrace (if possible, due to the covid-19 restrictions)
- tea time on demand
- daily housekeeping
- household linen
- cots and any other items that may be requested when the booking is made e.g. bathtub, bottle-warmer, etc.
- access to the grounds (heated swimming pool, tennis court, pétanque fields, swings and garden)
- electric bikes for clients to use (subject to availability)
- wifi (please, note that, due to our location, the connection provided can be a bit slow)
There are also a range of optional services we are able to offer:
- catering service (tasters, lunches, dinners)
- personal shopping (even before your arrival), according to our roster
- picnic baskets
- concierge services
- laundry services
- extra housekeeping
- transport to train stations, ports, airports and helipads
- door-to-door private car service
- rental services for car, motorbike and boat
- coordination of activities (e.g. boat trips to the Islands Porquerolles, Port-Cros, Île du Levant, walking through the Forêt des Maures to explore wild herbs and plants, sport fishing, etc.)
- tennis lessons on demand
* Please be aware that most of these optional services – excluding the concierge and laundry – must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
We will be glad to be on hand for any other concerns you may have. Specific requirements can be made at the same time as the reservation, as well as throughout your stay. Please, try to provide us with as much advance notice as possible.
