From June 5, 2020, guests are welcomed once again in our accommodation. The restaurant will resume from July with a newly formulated deal being always available for groups and private events by reservation, and, once a week, it will be open to everyone for a very special Chef’s dinner.
LOCAL CHEFS AT THE STOVES
Guests of the Chef’s dinner will be able to enjoy a varied cuisine rich in local flavors, thanks to the collaboration of local chefs such as Rachelle Gresle from the Domaine Murennes who proposes a way of cooking both original and very close to the local environment, using wild herbs and vegetables. You will discover all a range of unknown products! These Chef’s dinners will also incluse a testing of the organic wines from Domaine Murennes with the owners. They will take place July 18 and 25.
AN EVER-CHANGING BUT VERY LOCAL KITCHEN
The menu for each Chef’s dinner will obviously be very different thanks to the signature dishes of each of these exceptional chefs. Produce used in each dish comes from the Relais du Vieux Sauvaire’s vegetable garden or is harvested in the Maures forest and garnished with aromatic herbs grown on the grounds. Ingredients that cannot be found on site are sourced from our neighboring breeders, cheese makers and farmers.
A STUNNINGLY INVITING SETTING AS ALWAYS
In addition to the excellence and variety of our Chef’s dinner, there is also the stunning setting of the restaurant at the Relais du Vieux Sauvaire. In Spring and Autumn, an aperitif on the terrace will lead to dinner in the dining room warmed by the fireplace. In Summer, dinner takes place on the terrace facing the gulf.
WHEN AND HOW?
The Chef’s dinner with Rachelle Gresle will take place July 18 and 25, and August 1 and 19.
